The following special services can be purchased only after one of our specialists has seen your lawn and recommendations were made. When the infestation with pest is treated right on early stage the damage on the lawn can be limited to the starting spots. In this case the lawn will recover much faster and at a much less cost.

Fiesta Blanket Spray - Natural Lawn Weed Intervention ► top



Since the ban on all herbicide (weed killers), many lawns became infested with weeds. In 2010, a new weed killer was introduced in the market - "Fiesta". Fiesta is a great natural (iron-based) product that works well on most turfs Common Broad Leaf Weeds and has little or no effect on turf when used properly.

We recommend Fiesta Weed Intervention and will spray only if the weeds exceed 30% of the turf area and if the weeds are Controllable Broad Leaf.

Fiesta Weed Intervention will be scheduled in April - May and September - October when temperatures do not exceed 24 C.




Corn Gluten - Organic Lawn Fertilizer and Weed Controller ► top

Corn Gluten is an organic fertilizer. When used in high volume, it can inhibit seed germination and can be used as an Organic Weed Intervention.

This treatment is recommended to our customers who have yearly problems with annual Grassy Weeds (ex. Fox Tail or Grub grass) infestations.
Corn Gluten Treatment is scheduled in May -June.






Kelp Treatment - Organic Lawn Fertilizer ► top

Kelp is a 100% organic product made from marine algae, which helps a weak turf to effectively absorb soil nutrients and speed up the recovery process. Kelp can also be used as an alternative organic / natural fertilizer in turf care.

This treatment is recommended to customers who have trouble with feeding insect or limited watering possibilities. This treatment is applied over the entire turf area.

Kelp Treatment is scheduled in June - July - August.






Nematodes Treatment - Natural Control for White Grub ► top


The White Grub is the larvae stage of insects such as: June Bug and Japanese Beetle which feed on the root system. Nemasys is a 100% organic product (250 millions living nematodes per tray) that will hunt and kill White Grubs.  This product has no effect on human or pets. We recommend this treatment only if we find grubs on your lawn. This is not a preventive treatment and it will kill only the grubs that are already present on the lawn.

To obtain the best results from this treatment, we suggest watering the lawn before and after the treatment.





Best Lawn / Turf Renovation With Seeds and Soil ► top
This extreme action is recommended when more than 50% of the lawn is destroyed and all treatments options (including special treatments) have been exhausted.

A complete lawn renovation consists of:

A. Weed Intervention Spray: $0.25 per sq feet
B. Cross Core Aeration or Cultivating: $0.25 per square feet
C. Top Dressing: $0.25 per square feet
D. Over Seeding: $0.25 per square feet
E. Germination Supplement: $0.25 per square feet
The cost for complete lawn renovation is $1.25 per square feet.
